D360 BRINGS ALL NEW UNSCRIPTED SERIES TO MIPCOM

TORONTO, Canada, October 12, 2018— Distribution360 continues to grow its portfolio of factual entertainment series with new titles debuting at MIPCOM alongside the announcement of a slew of sales to global buyers in the lead-up to MIPCOM.

Joining D360’s factual and lifestyle entertainment line-up are four new series from US production company Accord Productions: tech series Tomorrow’s World Today (11 x 30’), food series Jack of All Tastes (6 x 30’), and motor enthusiast series It’s How You Get There (16 x 30’) and Volo: House of Cars (6 x 30’) - plus the second season of WW2 Treasure Hunters (7 x 60’) from Emporium Productions.

Additionally, D360 has made sales across some key genres within the unscripted and factual entertainment space. The first series of WW2 Treasure Hunters (8 x 60’) has been sold to Spiegel TV (Germany), Kino TV (Ukraine) and CTS (Taiwan). Other history genre sales include Edge of War (6 x60’) going to Kino TV and Red ArrowsInside the Bubble (1 x 60’) going to Ceska Televize in Czech Republic.  

On the science and tech front, Serbia’s Prava i Prevodi has taken Innovation Nation (6 x 30’) and Countdown for the Future (6 x 60’), and Tomorrow’s World Today is headed to SNTV (Serbia), while Innovation Nation has also been snapped up by AG Rubin Group in Bulgaria. Architecture series London’s Modern Buildings (5 x 30’) has also gone to Kino TV. Prava i Prevodi (Serbia) also licensed series 1 and 2 of the cultural photography series Tales by Light (12 x 30’)

Paranormal series Terror in the Woods (8 x 60’) and have been sold to Canada’s Blue Ant Media and Studio U-7 in the Ukraine with the latter also renewing 26 episodes of Ghostly Encounters (83 x 30). True crime series Crime Storiescontinues to travel with 41 eps licensed to RTL Netherlands and Justice TV in the US renewing 33 eps.

Across lifestyle, Canada’s YesTV has picked up Give (26 x 30’) and Random Acts (20 x 30’)while Family Travel and Inside Paradise head to KinoTV (Ukraine), and Russia’s Studio U-7 nabs Tackle My Reno (14 x 30’).
