Synopsis

Jeremy is the greatest video gamer in the world. He is an unrivalled talent, but his talent can take him only so far. Specifically - as far as his Mom’s basement. Like many of the youth today, Jeremy is quite content spending the majority of his time in front of his computer honing his gaming skills and thoroughly embarrassing his online opponents. Living comfortably in the basement of his mother’s suburban home, Jeremy mostly subsists on an endless supply of energy drinks and pizza pockets. In the brief moments he’s not totally engaged in a video game, Jeremy fantasizes about a utopian future where gamers do nothing but play games all day through direct brain control. As far as he’s concerned, he should be rich and famous. The only problem is, when he leaves his mother's suburban home for the real world, nobody cares!
