SUMMARY
After three spirited home builds as husband and wife, contractor Bryan Baeumler and his wife Sarah have decided to take on an entirely different relationship: that of boss and employee... what could possibly go wrong? Sarah joins the construction company as a Project Manager and it's a huge learning curve as she juggles trades, inevitable construction delays, and strict budgets, all under Bryan's watchful eye. He is depending on his wife to rise to the new challenge, and together they must find the balance between the demands of work, their clients, and raising four very active kids. The real-life drama unfolds as this family works it out, using their humour and signature banter to see them through.
